Silver Star was once my home and a place I worked for 20 years. I met my wife there, started my family there, and still love it more than any other resort. Not many people know it got its start back in 1958 and is actually one of Canada’s oldest ski resorts. Now Silver Star has evolved into a world class winter and summer holiday destination.

Winter Season

With 7 meters (23 feet) of all natural snow falling from the sky every winter, you’ll be impressed with the incredible skiing and riding on uncrowded slopes. There’s a vast Nordic trail network, snowshoe and fatbike trails, skating pond and tubing park. It really is a winter playground for everyone!

Summer Season

The summer season brings a whole new look to the village - the mountain and the resort has been true to its goal of something for everyone. The Silver Star Bike Park has an amazing mix of beginner and expert trails There are fun events, hiking trails, or you can ride the gondola to the top and enjoy the amazing views.

The Village

Silver Star’s mid-mountain village is cozy, charming, and full of friendly locals giving the resort a small town feel. Enjoy amazing access to the village, or choose a more secluded location. Either way you’ll be impressed with Silver Star’s ski from your door access. Now, all doors are not created equal and that’s where I come in! My knowledge of the resort paired with my ability to listen to your needs will help us find the right place for you in this piece of paradise!
