Built in 1992 as a premier property this building has aged very well. Truly the OG at Silver Star! Pinnacles started as the daylodge back in the 60’s and has been added on to, renovated, and further added on to over the years. Featuring both condo style and large townhome style units this excellent ski in / ski out location and building has a lot to offer.

A small bank of townhomes flanks the turn and backs onto the skiway as you pass Creekside. These very desirable units seldom hit the market, so if one does call me right away!

The Mews are the epitome of the Victorian ‘gas light era’ village theme that gave Silver Star its colourful character. Excellent layout, views of the Monashees, and also a rare find on the market.

Silver Views is a neighbourhood of duplexes right at the top of the knoll. Theses were build in the same era as the mountain's townhomes, and offer a similar layout. 

The Knoll is likely the most desirable neighbourhood for homes at SilverStar. With excellent ski in / ski out access to alpine, Nordic, and the snowshoe trails these homes vary in age, size and budget. People love the easy walk to Tube Town, Brewers Pond, and village restaurants.  

Located at the base of the Alpine Meadows chair this neighbourhood was established in the early 2000’s, has slowly been building out, and is nearly complete. Excellent ski in / ski out, incredible views, and some impressive custom built homes.

Zoned for both single family homes and duplexes this neighbourhood boasts some of the newest homes at Silver Star. People love this area for it’s more secluded feel. Ski access via the back Attridge runs and Criss Cross Skiway this area is serviced by the resort shuttle for dinners out or if you stayed too long at apres!  

We can’t forget about the Cabin Colony, Spencer Lane, and homes along Silver Star Road. These areas offer unique 60’s era A-Frame cabins, homes, suites, and great ski in / ski out access.

There are limited opportunities to purchase bare land and build your own custom home at Silver Star. If this interests you don’t delay as individual lots are hard to come by.
